If you’d like the quickest route to something that looks beautiful, start with <strong>Simple Elegant</strong> or <strong>Simple Dynamic</strong>. Both do most of the work for you.

Realistically there are only two things to get right:

• Move each photo so it sits nicely inside its box
• Lift the brightness on anything that looks dark

There’s no countdown and no time limit — take as long as you like, and nothing expires while you work.

Your design isn’t saved to an account, though, and your photos are only held in the page you’re working in. <strong>If you close the tab or the browser, you’ll need to start again</strong> — so it’s best to finish in one sitting.

There’s a built-in spell checker to guide you as you add your words, but the final check is yours.

That’s deliberate. In fifteen years of making these, we’ve learned that the best collages are full of inside jokes, nicknames, slang and deliberately broken little phrases that mean everything to the person receiving them. If we "corrected" those, we’d be introducing mistakes, not fixing them.

So the words stay exactly as you write them. <strong>Please read them over before you order</strong> — spelling isn’t something we can reprint for.

If it looks good on screen, it will look good in print. In a photo collage very few photos are ever blown up especially large, so an ordinary phone photo is almost always perfectly fine. The builder will warn you if a photo is genuinely too small for the size you’ve chosen.

The one thing worth doing: if a photo looks dark, lift its brightness a little so it sits in balance with the rest. Do that and the whole collage will sing.

Yes. Your print file is built from the exact design you approved — the same words in the same places, at full print resolution.

This product is built on fifteen years of custom-making photo collages by hand. We searched hard for the right printing partner and tested a great many materials before settling on the ones we use. What arrives will look exceptional.

Once an order has gone into production we’re unable to change or cancel it. Please take a moment to check your design and your words carefully before you check out — that’s your last chance to make changes.

No. <strong>The price you see is the price you pay</strong>, plus delivery, which is shown before you confirm. We don’t add tax, VAT or any handling fee on top at checkout — in any of the countries we ship to.

If you’re planning ahead and have around <strong>two weeks</strong>, your collage will arrive in time under almost any circumstance, anywhere we ship.

Real care goes into every collage and nothing is instant, but most orders move quickly. Look up the delivery range for the exact product you want, <strong>add a day or two to be safe</strong>, and count weekdays only.

If it’s tight, the <strong>Poster Hanger</strong> is usually the quicker of the two — it’s printed and rolled rather than framed.

We ship worldwide, and wherever possible your collage is <strong>printed close to you</strong> rather than shipped across the world.

We don’t add any tax or duty at checkout — what you’re charged is the price plus delivery, and nothing more from us.

We can’t be responsible for local charges, taxes or rule changes in your own country that are outside our control. If a charge would matter to you, it’s worth checking your country’s rules for goods arriving from abroad before ordering.

We don’t offer a wrapping service, but every collage arrives beautifully and securely packaged, ready to give. Poster Hangers arrive rolled in a protective tube, and our framed prints are packed with real care — so it feels special the moment it’s opened.

Everything arrives ready to hang. Framed prints go straight onto the wall. The <strong>Poster Hanger</strong> arrives rolled — simply clip the two magnetic wooden strips to the top and bottom.

You’ll notice the paper has a natural curl. That’s completely normal. Hang it up and let gravity do the work: within about <strong>24 hours</strong> it settles perfectly flat.

<strong>Gifting tip:</strong> if you’d like to give it flat, hang it for a day first, then lay it in a flat box. Otherwise it gifts beautifully as it is, rolled — just let them know it only needs hanging to relax.

Go to <a href="/pages/problem-with-my-order"><strong>Faulty product</strong></a>, fill in your name, email, order number and what’s wrong, and send it. We’ll reply by email — <strong>attach clear photos of the damage to that reply</strong>, as they’re what we send to the printer.

Please report within <strong>7 days of receiving</strong> your order. There’s nothing to send back.

Because every collage is custom-made for one person, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind — it can’t be resold or reused.

If anything is faulty or wrong, we’ll always <strong>reprint</strong> it for you, or refund where a reprint isn’t possible. See the answer above.
