One picture made from many

A photo collage print puts the photographs that belong together into a single piece: a year, a family, a friendship, a career. Instead of a wall of separate frames that never quite line up, you hang one thing, and it holds all of them.

Everything is designed by you. You choose the photos, arrange them, crop them and decide what goes where. There are no templates to fill in and nobody else designs it for you.

Three ways to build it

Pick the style that suits the story. You can switch between them at any point while you design.

Word Art Collage

Our original. Your photos sit together in the middle and the words that matter, such as names, places, sayings and private jokes, fill the space around them. Arrange the photos as a neat grid or a looser scatter.

Standard Collage

Just the photographs, with no words at all. Lay them in straight rows, at relaxed angles, or packed edge to edge in a tight grid with room for an optional name or date.

Birthday Collage

Your photos become the number itself: a 40 made of forty years of photographs. Fill the digits solid with photos, or let the photos trace the shape of the number as a mosaic.

Two ways to hang it

Every style can be printed in either format. Each one is made to order, printed from a full-resolution file at 300 dots per inch.

Looking for a photo collage frame?

A traditional collage frame has a fixed number of windows. Every photo has to be printed separately and trimmed to fit its hole, and the layout is decided by whoever made the frame.

A collage print works the other way round. The whole collage is printed as one image and then framed, so there are no windows to fill and nothing to cut. Your photos can be any shape, any size and in any arrangement, and the finished piece arrives framed and ready for the wall.

How many photos can it hold?

As many as you like up to the limit for the size. Fewer photos means each one prints larger.

How it works

Choose a format and size. You can change your mind later.
Add your photos and your words. Crop, move, resize and swap photos until the layout feels right.
Check the finished piece and order. What you approve on screen is what we print.

Questions

Can I crop my photos?

Yes. Every photo can be cropped, zoomed and moved inside its space, and you can swap photos between spaces or make any one of them bigger. What you see on screen is exactly what is printed.

Do I have to add words?

No. Standard Collage is photographs only, and Birthday Collage builds a number out of your photos. Words are what make a Word Art Collage, but you choose every one of them yourself.

Will I see the finished piece before I pay?

Yes. You design it in your browser and see the finished piece on screen. Designing is free, you can keep changing it until it looks right, and nothing is printed until you order.

Are photos from my phone good enough?

Yes, for every size. Photos from a modern phone camera hold up well. Very small images, such as pictures saved from social media, can look soft if you make them one of the largest photos in the piece.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Every piece is made to order for you. If it arrives damaged or with a print fault, send us a photo within 7 days of receiving it and we will reprint it, or refund you where a reprint is not possible. There is nothing to send back. Report a problem with an order.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the format and where you live, because each piece is printed close to you. Our delivery page lists the working days for every country we deliver to. See delivery times.
