Every collage is custom art, made only for you

Because each Word Art Collage is designed by you and printed to order, it is a one-of-a-kind piece with no resale value. For that reason we do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Under UK consumer law, personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period.

Damaged or faulty prints — we'll put it right

If your order arrives damaged or with a genuine print fault, we'll put it right with a free reprint — or a refund where a reprint isn't possible. There is nothing to send back. Please report it within 7 days of receiving it with a clear photo of the issue.

Please note: a reprint cannot be offered for text or spelling in your design. You choose and approve every word before ordering, so the words printed are the words you entered. Please double-check your spelling and wording carefully before you place your order.
